COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against all accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of Police, Vakola Police station, Mumbai, for the
alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet is already
furnished to all accused.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 395, 397 of I.P.C.
alleged against accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. Hence, this case is committed to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai, U/Sec. 209 of Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/Sec. 395,
397, 386 of I. P. C. r/w. 3, 25 of Indian Arms Act.
Accused No.1) Nilesh Shivkumar Saroj, No.2) Suraj
Rajkumar Saroj, No.3) Aditya Umashankar Saroj and No.4) Vishal
Rajesh Singh are in Judicial Custody and accused No.5) Saponkumar
Ashwinikumar Sheet, No.6) Suresh Ramsingh Vishwakumar and No.7)
Kuldeep Sheshnath Singh are on bail. The Jail Superintendent is
directed to produce the accused No.1 to No.4 and accused No.5 to No.7
are directed to present before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on 10/11/2023
without fail. Accused be remanded to judicial custody during and until
the conclusion of the trial.
Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The Vakola Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai, as and when directed.
