ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Read complaint. Heard Ld. Advocate Shri Raees Khan for
complainant and perused the documents placed on record.
2. According to the complainant, accused are corrupted
trustees and they are illegally taking money of the local people, who are
giving in good deeds. The complainant had taken screen shots about the
said alleged act and seeking permission for direction for investigation
under section 156 (3) of Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. It is to be noted that, accused are alleged to be trustees of
Muslim Masjid Trust, Chunabhatti and misappropriated the funds of the
said trust. It is to be noted that, the complainant can make out the case
by adducing his evidence, therefore, it is not a fit case for issuing
direction as sought. The prayer to that effect is hereby rejected and
matter be kept for verification of the complainant.
