Accused and his advocate Mr. Dinesh Nishad absent since last so
many dates. Even accused failed to exercise right of cross examination
dispute giving more than sufficient opportunity. Record shows that
accused is released on cash bail of Rs.5,000/- and in habit of remaining
absent to protract the trial. Bail bond of the accused was already forfeited
vide order at Exh.22 on 02.12.2023. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1) The statement of accused to be recorded under section 313
of Code of Criminal Procedure stands dispensed with.
2) Matter be posted for filing written notes of arguments of
the parties.
3) Matter adjourned to 29.07.2025.
4) Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
5) Order be uploaded on CIS for the knowledge of the parties.
