ORDER BELOW EXH.1
The applicant and her advocate appeared before the court. The
applicant submitted that she does not wish to proceed with the case in view
of amicable settlement with the respondents. She filed application Exh. 5
for withdrawal of the case. The contents of the application are admitted to
her. The applicant now wants to withdraw the proceeding. Therefore, the
