Cross examination of CW-01 Mr. Sadashiv Balkrishna Khedekar by
advocate Tukaram Dhondge for accused :
10. I have read contents of my affidavit in lieu of
examination in chief. I am knowing accused since year 2019 when he
shown me in rickshaw. I do not know reading English Language. I am
plying rickshaw. I came in contact with the accused first time in his
office situated near Vakola Police station. I have not produced any
document to show the transaction in between me and accused. Witness
volunteers that the transaction is with my wife. It is not true to say that
no transaction taken place in between me and accused. It is not true to
say that I have not produced any evidence to show that accused is
Proprietor of New City Builders and Developers. It is true to say that I
have not produced any document to show that I paid money in
installment to the accused. I had paid first two installments in cash and
rest of the installments by the cheques.
On oral request of the advocate for the accused cross
examination is deferred till next date.
