Accused Charge : U/Sec. 376(1), 269,270 of IPC. ------ COMMITTAL ORDER The accused is produced before the Court through Video Conference. Accused is charged with the offence punishable under section 376(1), 269, 270 of The Indian Penal Code. The offence punishable under Sections 376(1) of Indian Penal Code is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The accused is represented by Lawyer. The case will have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the order :- O R D E R 1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. 2. Accused is remanded to Magisterial Custody until commitment of the case and also during and until the conclusion of trial before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions vide section 209 (a) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 3. The concerned Jail Authorities are directed to produce the accused before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 21/10/2023. 4. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. 5. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Khar be directed to produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or before 21/10/2023. ..2/- -- 1 of 2 -- – 2 – 6.
