ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. This is an application under Section 457 of Code of Criminal
Procedure for release of property.
2. As per applicant she was duped by unknown persons and she
lodged with respondent Police Station at C.R. No.88/2023. During
investigation the bank accounts mentioned in the present application were
frozen by the respondent and the part of the amount deposited by the
applicant is lying in those accounts. The applicant is in need of said
amount and hence filed the present application. Say of the I.O. and Ld.
A.P.P. was called. They have no objection to handover the cash and
requested for passing necessary orders to that effect.
3. The incidence occurred since long back and since then matter is
pending. The amount paid by applicant remained unused. She is deprived
of it for no fault on her part. Investigation relating to the cash seems to be
completed. Therefore, application needs to be allowed and as such order -
ORDER
a. The application is allowed.
b. The following Nodal Officers of following bank are directed to
transfer the amounts lying in the accounts maintained with their
respective banks, mentioned in the application.
i. Nodal Officer, R.B.L. Bank Ltd., Korattur Branch
ii. Nodal Officer, YES Bank Ltd., Vishakapatanam Branch
iii. Nodal Officer, YES Bank Ltd., Powai Branch,
iv. Nodal Officer, YES Bank Ltd., Powai Branch,
v. Nodal Officer, YES Bank Ltd., Kurla Branch,
vi. Nodal Officer, YES Bank Ltd., Kanjurmarg Branch,
vii. Nodal Officer, ICICI Bank Ltd., J. B. Nagar Branch.
c. The concerned Investigating Officer shall also brought the
above order to the notice of concerned banks and request them to transfer

the amounts lying in those accounts, in an account maintained by the
applicant mentioned in the application, after executing indemnity bond of
Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs only) before respondent.
