Perusal of record would indicate that, the applicant
remaining absent since 05.01.2024 for many occasions and even today.
Moreover, no effective compliance has been taken on behalf of the
applicant. Therefore, no purpose would be served by keeping the case
open when the applicant has failed to prosecute the same in proper
perspective. On 28.06.2024, matter is kept for dismissal order. Hence, I
find that, this case can be disposed of. Hence, case is dismissed in
