COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused no. 3 present on bail. Accused no. 1 and 2 are absent.
Advocate for accused present. All accused are charged with the offence
punishable U/sec 332, 34 IPC r/w 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act Offence
punishable U/sec. 332 IPC is exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. The copies of police report and other documents as specified in
section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the all
accused. all accused are represented by Advocate Deepak Raikar. The case will
have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence the order :
1. Case be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The all accused are on bail. Advocate for accused and accused no. 3
are directed to attend Hon'ble Sessions Court.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Session.

4. The Police Station Officer, of Kherwadi Police Station be directed
to produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Sessions on or
before 20.08.2019 positively.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment the case to
