ORDER BELOW EXH.01
The first informant Smt. Manjitkaur Sahani and the injured
Mahendra Ram are present today. They have produced their photo identity
for identification. They stated that they have compounded the case with
the accused and filed application below Exh.2 to that effect. They have
admitted the contents of the application. The offence u/sec.338 of the
Indian Penal Code is compoundable u/sec.320(2) of Code of Criminal
Procedure. In view of application below Exh.2, the case will have to be
disposed off. In the result, following order is passed.
ORDER
1. The case is disposed off in view of compounding of offence in
accordance with Exh.2, which shall form part of this order.
2. The accused are acquitted of the offence u/sec.338, 34 of I.P.C.
3. The bail bonds of the accused are discharged.
4. Case papers be filed.
