COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is present. He is on bail. He is charged with the offence
punishable under section 353 of Indian Penal Code which is exclusively triable by
the Hon’ble Court of Session, Gr. Mumbai. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been
supplied to the accused. Both accused are represented by Lawyer. The case will
have to be committed to the Hon’ble Court of Session, Gr. Mumbai. Hence, the
order :
1. The case be committed to the Hon’ble Court of Session, Gr. Mumbai
2. Accused is directed to appear before the Hon’ble Court of Session on
18/10/2019.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be produced in
evidence, shall be sent to the Hon’ble Court of Session.
4. The Police Officer of Khar Police Station, Mumbai be directed to produce
muddemal property in the Hon’ble Court of Session on or before 18/10/2019.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case to the
Hon’ble Court of Session.
