Today, accused is appeared before me and made application
for pleading guilty at Exh-3. He submitted that he wants to plead guilt.
They are identified by his advocate. Particulars of offence is framed
against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard accused in
person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as he is only
earning member in his respective family. Considering the nature of
offence, circumstances under which it is committed, antecedents of the
accused & his age, I proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. Accused is hereby convicted for the offence under 65(E) of
Maharashtra Prohibition Act and sentenced to pay fine of
Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), and in default
of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 20 (Twenty)
days.
2. Seized liquor be forwarded to Hon’ble District Collector for it’s
proper disposal and seized 4 plastic carret be sold in auction and
sale proceed be credited to Government.

3. Copy of Judgment be provided to accused free of cost.
