CASE NO.2117/PS/2018 (BANDRA POLICE STATION)
ORDER
Accused pleaded guilty. They are informed about the
maximum sentence to be imposed against them. They still maintained
their plea. Satisfied with the plea that they pleaded guilty voluntarily,
their pleas are accepted. Considering the nature of offence, following
punishment would be meet ends of justice. Hence, I proceed to pass
following order :
ORDER
1) Accused Mr. Rohit Uday Sharma and Mr. Somesh Prashant Naik
are convicted for the offence punishable under Section 279 of
I.P.C. vide Section 252 of Code of the Criminal Procedure and
sentenced pay a fine of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) each
in default of payment of fine they shall undergo further simple
imprisonment for 02 (two) days each.
2) Accused are also convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 336 of the IPC vide Section 252 of Code of the Criminal
Procedure and sentenced pay fine of Rs.250/- (Rs. Two Hundred
and Fifty only) each in default of payment of fine they shall
undergo further simple imprisonment for 01 (one) day each.
3) Accused are also convicted for the offence punishable under
Section 184 of the M. V. Act vide Section 252 of Code of the
Criminal Procedure and sentenced pay a fine of Rs.500/- (Rs.
Five Hundred only) each in default of payment of fine they shall
undergo further simple imprisonment for 01 (one) day each.
4) All in default imprisonment sentence shall run consecutively.
5) The bail bonds of the accused, if any stands canceled.
