COMMITTAL ORDER AS PER SECTION 232 B.N.S.S.
The accused is produced before me from jail through Video
Conferencing facility. The Accused is charged with the offence punishable
under Section 77, 351(4) of B.N.S.2023 r.w. 66(E),67(A) of Information
Technology Act,2000. The offence punishable under Section 77 of the
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is exclusively triable by the Court of
Session.
2. The copies of police report and other documents as specified in
section 230 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita,2023 have been
supplied to the accused. The accused is represented by Lawyer. The case
will have to be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session. Hence, the
order :-
O R D E R
1. The case be committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
2. The accused is directed to appear before the Hon'ble Court of
Session on 21/07/2025.

3. Accused is remanded to Magisterial Custody until commitment
of the case and also during and until the conclusion of trial before
the Hon'ble Court of Sessions vide section 232 of the Bharatiya
Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita,2023.
4. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the accused before the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 21/07/2025 .
5. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions.
6. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Mahim be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Hon'ble Court of Session on
or before 21/07/2025.
7. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Session.
