Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.316(5), 318(4), 3(5) of BNS.
Prosecution alleged that, accused cheated the informant and
misappropriated Rs.15,00,000/-. Record shows that said amount is yet
to be recovered. Offence is non-bailable. Investigation is not over. It is in
progress. Therefore, the accused is not entitle to enlarge on bail.
Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Bail application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
