ORDER BELOW BAIL APPLICATION
Perused bail applications and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Secs. 305, 331(4), 62 of BNS
2023.
The value of stolen property is Rs.7,800/-. Out of that
Rs.4,650/- is recovered. Accused is in jail since 10.06.2026. As the value
of stolen property is petty. Accused is entitled to enlarged on bail.
Hence, following order:
ORDER
1. Accused is released on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-
(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only). Deposit of cash bail of
Rs.15,000/- is allowed for next four weeks. (Rupees Fifteen
Thousand only).
2. Accused to submit his address proof.
3. Accused shall not tamper the evidence and shall not pressurize
the prosecution witnesses.
4. Accused shall not leave India without prior permission of the
Court till conclusion of the trial.
5. Accused shall not misuse the liberty.
6. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
