ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is the case of the applicant that he is father of male child Master
Govinda Venkatesh Kunchikorve and residing at Dharavi, Mumbai, on the
address mentioned. The birth of said child took place on 26.05.2017, at his
home and not admitted to any hospital. Now he is five years old and for
school admission the birth certificate is required. As the said birth is not
registered and period of more than one year passed he filed this application,
seeking direction against respondent to register the birth.
3. In support of the application he filed on record photocopies of
Aadhar card, vaccination card and affidavits of various persons.
4. The application is not properly drafted and material particulars are
missing. Further, the relationship is also not properly mentioned. If we
perused documents on the footing of this weak pleadings, except affidavits
there is nothing substantial on record. In the so called vaccination card
nothing mentioned. It is photocopy and almost all the columns are empty.
Merely on the basis of affidavits prayer can not be granted. Therefore,
order -

Application is rejected.
