Order below an application for permission
to obtain fresh Passport.
Perused the application. Perused the documents
produced by the accused. Heard advocate for the applicant.
2. By this application the accused/applicant is seeking
permission of this court in the matter of issuance of fresh passport to
her. Say of IO and Ld. APP were called. IO objected on the ground
that accused may abscond. APP absent and failed to file say.
3. The accused filed affidavit in support of her application.
She is ready to attend the court as and when required. She is resident
of Mumbai. She applied for fresh passport. Chargesheet is not yet
received.
4. In view of submission made by accused, this court has no
objection to give permission for issue passport to her as time required
to conclude the trial. Hence, order.

ORDER
i The application is allowed.
ii This Court has no objection if the passport is issued to the
accused as per rules.
iii The accused/applicant shall not travel abroad without
prior permission of this Court.
iv The applicant/accused shall file copy of the passport before
this Court as soon as he receives it.
v The copy of order shall be kept by the Investigation officer
in the Chargesheet while submitting it.
