Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Sec.316(2), 316(5), 318(5),
3(5) of BNS. Prosecution alleged that, accused has cheated the
informant and misappropriated Rs.17,68,883/-. Nothing is recovered
from the accused. Offence is non-bailable. Investigation is in progress.
It is not yet over. Therefore, the accused is not entitle to enlarge on
bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
