COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against the above named accused
before this court by Sr. Inspector of Police, Santacruz Police station,
Mumbai, for the alleged offence mentioned above. Copies of Chargesheet is
furnished to the accused is in the Court.
The main offence punishable U/sec. 307 IPC alleged against
accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this case
is committed to the court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/sec. 209 of Cr. P. C. to
stand trial for the offence U/sec. 307 IPC.
Accused is on Bail and he is directed to present before the
Hon'ble Sessions Court, Gr. Bombay on 05.04.2022 without fail.
The Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions, Gr.
Mumbai forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed to
produced the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions, Gr. Mumbai as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be intimated
accordingly.
