ORDER
Accused No.1 Imran Islam Khan and accused No.2 Santosh
Parshuram Palav are voluntarily pleaded guilty to the offence with
which they have been charged and requested for leniency. They have
submitted written application in support of their plea. Their plea
being voluntarily one, I accept the same and convict them for the
offence they have been charged. Considering the nature of the
offence, I pass following order.
The Accused No.1 Imran Islam Khan and accused No.2
Santosh Parshuram Palav are convicted U/sec 252 of Cr. P. C. for the
offence punishable U/sec 8(c) r/w 27 of the NDPS Act and sentenced
to suffer S. I. till rising of the court and to pay a fine of Rs.1,500/
(Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) each in default of
payment of fine the accused Nos.1 and 2 to suffer S. I. for 7 (Seven)
days.
Copy of the judgment be given to the accused free of
cost. Sd/
