ORDER BELOW EXH.01 IN LOKADALAT
Today the informant is present before the panel and submits
that, he do not want to proceed with the case. The offence is charge
against accused is under section 380 of Indian Penal Code, which is
compoundable. Therefore, in view of Exh.2 to Exh.5 the case is
withdrawn, as compounded. Hence, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
1. The accused is acquitted of the offence punishable
under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code vide
Section 320 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Bail bonds of the accused stands cancelled.
3. The muddemal property be returned to the registered
owner, if already not returned.
4. The indemnity bond, if any, stands cancelled.
