Order Below Bail Application
Perused bail application and say. Heard both side. Accused is
charged for the offence punishable U/Secs.61, 318(4), 319(2), 336(2),
336(3), 338, 340(2) of BNS and Section 66-D of I. T. Act. Prosecution
alleged that, accused has cheated the informant by online fraud for
Rs.2,33,20,000/-. Nothing is recovered. The amount involved in this
crime is huge. Offence is non-bailable. Therefore, the accused is not
entitle to enlarge on bail. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following
order -
ORDER
1. Application is rejected.
2. Intimation of this order be send to accused immediately
through the Superintendent of Jail.
