Charge : U/sec. 285 of Indian Penal Code
Today, accused appeared before me and submitted that he
want to plead guilt. He is identified by his advocate. Charge is framed
against him, to which he voluntarily pleaded guilty. Heard accused in
person. He submitted that lenient view may be taken as he is only earning
member in his family. Considering the nature of offence, circumstances
under which it is committed, antecedents of the accused & his age, I
proceed to pass following order :
O R D E R
1. The accused, Vikram Rajesh Agrahari is hereby convicted for the
offence under Section 285 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer
simple imprisonment and to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/-( Rupees one thousand
only), and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for
10 (Ten) days.

2. Copy of judgment be supplied to the accused free of cost.
