ORDER BELOW SUMMARY REPORT
1. Perused record. Heard Ld. A.P.P.
2. The present final report/charge-sheet is filed by investigating officer
of C.R. No.C.B.I.,SC-II/2019 RC.38/S/2019-SC-II dated 27/11/2019 SCU-
VI/MUM-SCU-VI-MUM, registered with C.B.I., Mumbai, in respect of
offences punishable under Sections 506(II) and 114 of Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that during investigation it is transpired that no prosecutable
evidence surfaced and hence, the present report is filed. It is prayed to be
accepted.
3. The record shows that, there is substance in the contentions.
Informant Mr. Praveen Girdhar Thakur, who is present before court, also
has no objection to accept it. Therefore, following order :
ORDER
1. B summary is granted.
2. The proceeding stands dropped against accused persons.
