ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION FOR
RENEWAL OF PASSPORT
1] This is an application filed by applicant Akbar Zareef Khan who is
accused in above case chargesheeted for the offences u/s. 324, 34 of the I.P.C.
for seeking permission to renew the passport.
2] It is stated that he has been issued passport which expired on
01/01/2016. He has applied for renewal, however, the authorities informed the
applicant to procure permission of this court, as criminal case is subjudice.
3] On the application say of Ld. APP was called. The Ld. APP filed say
and submitted that in the application the sections are not mentioned. Neither
the purpose for which passport is required is mentioned. There is likelihood
accused may abscond. Hence, prays for rejection of application.
4] Heard advocate for accused and Ld. APP for state. Perused the
application and say filed by Ld. APP. Also, perused the documents filed on
record. By this application, the accused has prayed for passing suitable order
enabling for renewal of passport. The accused is booked for the offences
u/s.324, 34 of the I.P.C. The accused shall give undertaking that he will not
misuse the liberty granted to him. By allowing the application no any harm or
any progress of case would hamper. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
a] The accused Akbar Zareef Khan is granted permission to seek
renewal of the passport for period of 1 (One) year, the passport authority be
considered the prayer for renewal in accordance of law.
