ORDER BELOW EXH.01
The complainant appeared with his advocate. It is submitted
that wrong NC came to be annexed with the complaint and inadvertently
some typographical mistakes have also occurred in the complaint. Thus, he
filed application Exh. 04 to withdraw the case. Thus, the case will have to
be disposed of. In view of the submission of the complainant, the
complaint is allowed to be withdrawn. Hence, following order is passed.
