The report or Non Bailable Warrants are sufficient to draw an inference as such. No option left than to issue Proclamtion Warrant against accused for securing presence. Hence, I passs following order. ORDER 1. Issue Proclamation Warrants under section 82 of Code of Criminal Procedure against accused No.2 to 5 to be served through concerned Police Station. 2. Complainant is directed simultaneously to publish copy of Proclamation Warrant issued against accused in Well Circulated News Paper of residential area of the accused and shall file the same on record. 3.
