1. C.R. No.107/2026 is registered with Cyber Police Station
(W.R.), Mumbai under relevant sections of BNS and Information
Technology Act and it is alleged that Cyber fraud of amount of Rs.
11,08,232/- is committed by the accused. Police freezed the amount of
Rs.3,42,167/-. The details of freezed amount are given alongwith
application and say of I.O. By this application, complainant want
defreeze of said amount and transfer of said amount to his account.
Police as well as Ld. APP has no objection to it. Hence, following order:
ORDER
1. I.O. is ordered to issue direction to the concerned Bank for
defreezing the said account and transferring it to the account of the
complainant in compliance of the order of this court.
2. Complainant shall execute indemnity bond of defreezed
amount before I.O.
