Exh-11 Judgment. 1) Accused is convicted of the offence o/p/u/s 454 of IPC r/w vide sec 248 (2) of the code of criminal procedure.
2) The accused is convicted for the O/P/U/S 454 and sentenced to suffer Rigorous Imprisonment for six Month and twenty days and to pay fine of Rs. 5000/-in default of payment of fine the accused to suffer further Rigorous Imprisonment for 15 days
3) The period of detention undergone by the accused be given set off against the accused the term of imprisonment imposed upon the accused as per sec. 428 (1) of the code of criminal procedure .
