Today, the matter is taken on board. Power of Attorney Holder of the
applicant/ complainant filed the withdrawal application at Exh.6. Power of
Attorney is at Exh.5, duly verified by the Judicial Clerk from the original.
2. By this application, the Power of Attorney holder of the complainant
wants to withdraw the case. The case is at the stage of argument and further order.
On perusal of the Power of Attorney at Exh.5, it clearly indicates that the authority is
given to Power of Attorney to withdraw the case. I have verified the Power of
Attorney who is identified by his advocate. He has admitted the contents of the
application Exh.6. Contents of Exh.6 are read over and Power of Attorney holder
admitted the contents. Accordingly, the application/ complaint stands withdrawn.
