1. Accused is convicted U.Sec. 241 of Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable U.Sec. 401 IPC. and he is sentenced to suffer S.I. for undergone period and fine of Rs. 200/-, in default of payment of fine, he shall undergo further S.I. for 2 days.
