ORDER BELOW EXH.1
1. The present application is filed under Section 13 of Registration of
Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
2. It is the case of the applicant that he was born on 18.03.1999 at home
i.e. Room No.C-88 2/5, Social Nagar, New Transits Camp, Opp. Block
No.2, Dharavi, Mumbai. But due to ignorance of his parents his birth was
not registered. Now he is in need of registration certificate of his birth. In
support this contention filed on record his affidavit and documents i.e.
copies of Aadhar Card of applicant and his parents, S.S.C. and H.S.C.
certificate, PAN Card, Ration Card, Electricity Bill, Leaving Certificate.
3. From the contents of application and evidence produced it is clear
that the applicant was born on 18.03.1999 at home i.e. Room No.C-88 2/5,
Social Nagar, New Transits Camp, Opp. Block No.2, Dharavi, Mumbai,
and he is in need of it for various purposes. Nobody objected to the
application and hence, following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Respondent Ward Officer, G/N Ward, Dadar, Mumbai, is herewith
directed to register the birth of applicant Noorul Haque Ainul Haque Ansari
as 18.03.1999, in record maintained by him after payment of necessary fees
by the applicant and issue birth certificate accordingly.
c. Copy of this order shall be given free of cost to the applicant.
