ORDER BELOW EXH.01
The applicant has filed application at Exh.5 stated that in view of
the settlement arrived at between the parties, the applicant does not
wish to pursue the present proceedings and seeks to withdraw the same
in terms of the consent terms filed along-with the application.
2. Perused the application (Exh.5) and consent terms (Exh.6).
Heard both sides.
3. In the consent terms, applicant stated that the Family
Settlement (consent terms) constitutes a full and final settlement of all
disputes between the applicant and the respondent arising out of the
present Domestic Violence application and both the parties jointly
requested to dispose of the present Domestic Violence Application in
terms of these consent terms. In such circumstances, being voluntarily
on part of both sides, I accepted the said consent terms and proceed to
pass following order.

ORDER
1. The application filed by the applicant under the Protection of
Women from Domestic Violence At, 2005 is disposed off.
2. No order as to costs.
