COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is produced before the Court through Video
Conferencing. He is charged with the offence punishable under sections
353, 504, 506(ii), of Indian Penal Code r.w. section 142 of
Maharashtra Police Act r.w. 4, 25 Arms Act. The offence punishable
under section 353 of Indian Penal Code is exclusively triable by the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure have been supplied to the accused. The accused is
represented by Lawyer. The case will have to be committed to the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions in view of nature of offence. Hence, the
following order :
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. Accused is remanded to Magisterial Custody until
commitment of the case and also during and until the
conclusion of trial before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions vide
section 209 (a) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. The Jail Authority is directed to produce the accused before the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Gr. Bombay on 20/01/2022 .

3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to
be produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Mahim is directed to
produce muddemal property, in the Hon'ble Court of Session on
or before 20.01.2022.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the
case to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
