1] The matter is posted for 21/12/2019. It is taken on board today
for compliance of writ received from Hon'ble High Court. The present
chargesheet is forwarded in regard to First Information Report no.294/2017
registered at police station Bandra. Hon'ble High Court in common order
passed below Writ Petition No.443/2019 and 472/2019 on 07/03/2019
ordered that in view of consent terms filed by the accused and the informant
in Petition No.A20/2017 before Family Court, Bandra and accepted thereon
14/12/2018 all the connected parties have jointly requested for quashing of
First Information Report, and hence the same is accepted and rule made
absolute. Writ in regard to both Writ Petition mentioned above have been
received by this Court. In view of order laid above and consequent quashing
of First Information Report by Hon'ble High Court the matter stands disposed
off. Accused released. Bail bond cancelled. Papers filed. Copy of writ
alongwith compliance thereof be filed alongwith Exh.1.
