ORDER
1. Complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn before taking
cognizance of the complaint.
2. In view of Section 43 of Maharashtra Court Fees Act, Court
Fees be refunded as per Rules and stage of proceeding.
3. The original documents produced by the complainant
alongwith with evidence affidavit be returned as per Rule.
