ORDER PASSED BELOW EXH.-1
Accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 are present along with their advocates before
this court. Accused No.3, is absent. Ld. Advocate for Accused No.3, filed
exemption application and hence, Accused No.3, is exempted. They are
charged with the offence punishable under Sections 397, etc. of the Indian
Penal Code, which is exclusively triable by the Court of Session. The copies
of the police report and other documents as specified in the Section 207 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure have been supplied to the accused persons.
The case needs to be committed to the court of Session, for trial, hence
following order :
ORDER
1. The case is committed to the Court of Session.
2. Accused are directed to appear before the court of Session on
20/07/2023.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Court of Session.
4. The Police Station Officer, Dharavi Police Station, be directed to
produce muddemal property in the Court of Session on or before
20/07/2023, positively.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case
to the Court of Session.
6. Record and proceedings be sent to the Session Court, Greater Bombay.
