COMMITTAL ORDER
Accused is produced through video conferencing mode,
today. The chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this
Court by Sr. Inspector of police, Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai for
the alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of chargesheet is already
furnished to the accused.
The main offence punishable U/Sec. 109 of The Bharatiya
Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 alleged against the accused exclusively triable by
the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Hence, this case is committed to the
Court of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, U/Sec. 232 of The Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to stand trial for the offence punishable U/Sec.
109, 115 (2), 118 (2), 352 of The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
The accused is in custody. The Jail Superintendent is
directed to produce the accused before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on
05/06/2025 without fail. Accused be remanded to judicial custody
during, and until the conclusion of, the trial.

Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed
to produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai, as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Bombay, be
intimated accordingly.
