ORDER BELOW APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT.
1. The applicant viz. Sanjeev Swatantra Sahu , who is an accused
in C. C. No.1782/PW/2021 has prayed for permission to renew/reissue the
passport.
2. Perused application. Heard both sides at the length. Santacruz
police station have filed the charge-sheet against accused long back. The
accused/applicant wants to renew his passport and for that purpose he
seeks permission of this court. It is to be noted that, by this application
accused is not seeking permission to travel abroad. Hence, I proceed to
pass following order.
ORDER
1. The application is allowed.
2. No objection is granted to the applicant/accused for renewal
of passport for a period of 10 (Ten) years from 10/07/2023 to
09/07/2033, subject to following conditions :

(i) The applicant/accused should not flee from the course of
justice.
(ii) The applicant/accused should appear regularly before the
court on the date fixed for hearing of the case.
(iii) The applicant/accused must obtain prior permission of the
court before leaving India, during pendency of the case
against him.
(iv) The applicant/accused to complete necessary formalities and
this permission shall not be deemed to be an alternative to any
rules or regulations or verification, which the applicant/
accused is obliged to comply with.
3. Issue letter accordingly to the concerned authority.
4. In case of breach of above conditions permission will be
treated, as withdrawn.
