COMMITTAL ORDER
Both the accused are absent. Their Advocate is present. Exemption is
granted to both the accused. They are on Bail. They are charged with the
offence punishable under sections U/Sec. 353, 392, 506, 34 of IPC.. The
offence punishable under section 353 of Indian Penal Code is exclusively
triable by the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure have
been supplied to the accused. The Ld. Advocate for accused is notified about
committal of the case. The case will have to be committed to the Hon'ble
Court of Sessions in view of nature of offence. Hence, the following order :-
ORDER
1. The case is hereby committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
2. The accused are directed to appear before the Hon'ble Court of Sessions
on 03.02.2023.
3. The record of the case, the documents and articles, which are to be
produced in evidence, shall be sent to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions.
4. The Police Station Officer, Police Station Khar is directed to produce
muddemal property, in the Hon'ble Court of Session on or before 03.02.2023.
5. The Public Prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the case to
the Hon'ble Court of Sessions. Sd/-
