1. Perused record. In view of request made by Ld. Advocate Shri.
Mathew Nedumpara, for the applicant, matter is taken on board on
10.12.2021. After going through this application it is noticed that it
mentions certain particulars about the order passed in respect of interim
reliefs. So also contentions are not as per incidences occurred on the said
date. Prayer clause is also missing. The application is vague, making
general statements and it is not clear from it, what relief applicant is
sought through it. On an inquiry with Ld. Advocate, he informed that he
want order on merits, in respect of interim reliefs.
2. Today, the matter is fixed for passing order on this application. But,
applicant and her Ld. Advocate Mr. Mathew Nedumpara, appeared. Ld.
Advocate for the respondents also appeared and present. Mr. Mathew
Nedumpara, submitted that today it is directed by Hon'ble High Court to
this court to pass the order on interim reliefs earliest. Ld. Advocate for the
respondents contradicting him submitted that order is not in respect of
passing order on interim reliefs, but rather the direction is issued for
decision on pre-ponment of date as per convenience of this court and
availability of time. So many submissions from both the sides,
contradicting each other made at bar about the exact directions issued.
There is no need of mention of those submissions.
3. I am of the opinion that to remove controversy, the copy of order
needs to be on record. Both the Ld. Advocates submitted that it may be
available by tomorrow. But considering the burden of work and other
aspects of the matter following order :
ORDER
a. Parties are directed to remain present along with their respective
advocates and copy of order relating to directions issued by Hon'ble High
Court on 22.12.2021, so that further orders can be passed.

b. Matter is kept on 22.12.2021, the decision on this application is
deferred till next date.
