ORDER BELOW EXH.1
Heard Ld. A.P.P. on the ground of discharge of accused. The accused are
charged for offences punishable under Sections 324, 506(2), 114 of the IPC.
According to police report, the material witnesses including informant and I.O.
are not traced out. Hence, their evidence is not available. Therefore, I found
the charges against the accused are groundless. The case is more than 30 years
old. Therefore, the accused are discharged vide Section 239 of Cr.P.C. Their
bail bonds if any stands cancelled. Case is disposed off.
