complainant and dismissal of the complaint. There is reason to believe
that complainant has lost interest in proceeding with the matter and as
such complainant and her advocate are remaining absent. The accused
has right of speedy trial. Hence, I pass following order.
ORDER
1) Evidence affidavit filed on behalf of the complainant stands
rejected for want of prosecution for facing cross
examination.
2) Complaint be kept for dismissal on next date that is on
16.07.2025.
3) Order dictated and pronounced in open court.
4) Order be uploaded on CIS for the knowledge of the parties.
