ORDER BELOW EXH-1
In view of Criminal Writ Petition No.762 of 2023 dated
22.10.2024 of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court, the FIR bearing CR No.
397/2019 registered at Nirmal Nagar police station for the offences
punishable under section 354(b), 341, 323, 504, 506 & 509 r/w 34 of
Indian Penal Code has been quashed. The charge-sheet filed in this CR.
In view of the order, there is no point in keeping this pending.
Therefore, the condition imposed by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court is
complied. Hence, the FIR is quashed against all the accused as per the
directions. Accused are acquitted. Their bail bonds, if any, be cancelled.
Seized Redmi Note 5 Pro be returned to it’s original owner, after due
verification.
