Accused Mr. Vipul Vilas Shidruk, Age 31 years, R/o Borivali (E) Mumbai 400066, is convicted vide section 255(2) of the Criminal procedure code and section 278(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for the offence punishable u/s 138 of the Negotiable Instrument act, 1881 and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for 1 (one year and to pay fine of Rs. 12,00,000/- in default of payment of fine to suffer further simple imprisonment for 6(six) months.
