1. Perused record. Accused is in jail and not produced.
2. Accused is in custody since 06.06.2022. Investigation relating to
accused is over. Allegations are not much serious. Offence is triable by
this Court itself. Accused is ready to remain abide by the conditions. The
conclusion of trial will take much time. Considering all these aspects and
facts and circumstances, following order -
ORDER
a. Application is allowed.
b. Accused is released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond of
Rs.5,000/-.
c. Accused shall furnish his detail address and proof thereof.

2. Accused is in custody since 10.2021, in connection with an offence
punishable under Sections 326, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. Now
charge-sheet is filed. Investigating Officer came to conclusion that no
offence punishable under Section 326 of Indian Penal Code made out and
the charge-sheet is filed only in respect of an offence punishable under
Section 324 of Indian Penal Code. The said offence is bailable one. Other
offeces are also bailable. Accused in custody for more than 7 days.
Therefore, being indigent, following order :
ORDER
a. Accused is released on bail on his furnishing P.B. of Rs.5,000/-.
b. Accused shall furnish his detail address and proof thereof, within
one month, after his release from jail.
