under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 r/w. 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Cognizance taken. Accused are taken into M.C.R.
2. In view of law laid down in the case of Siddharam Mhetre Vs State of
Maharashtra, accused are released on bail on same terms and conditions,
as directed by Sessions Court, while granting Anticipatory Bail, in
Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.1254 and 1255 of 2021.
3. Considering submissions made by accused persons time of two
months granted to comply bail order. In the mean time they are released
