Today, all accused appeared before me and submitted that
they want to plead guilt. They identified by their advocate. Particulars of
offence is framed against them, to which they voluntarily pleaded guilty.
Heard both accused in person. They submitted that lenient view may be
taken as they are only earning member in their families. Considering the
nature of offence, circumstances under which it is committed,
antecedents of both accused & their age, I proceed to pass following order
:
O R D E R
1. The accused 1. Mohd. Bashil Fajil Amrohi and 2. Abdul Aahad
Fajil Amrohi and accused No.3 Yamin Mohd. Salim Sayyed is
hereby convicted for the offence under Section 279 of Indian Penal
Code and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/ (Rupees one
thousand only) each, and in default of payment of fine, to
suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days each.
2. All accused are hereby convicted for the offence under Section
336 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 200/
( Rupees Two Hundred only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 2 (Two) days each.

3. Both accused are hereby convicted for the offence under Section
184 of Motor Vehicle Act and sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 1,000/
( Rupees one thousand only) each, and in default of payment of
fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for 10 (ten) days each.
4. Seized motorcycles be returned to its original owner, after due
verification.
Copy of judgment be supplied to all accused free of cost.
