COMMITTAL ORDER
The Chargesheet is submitted against the accused before this
court by Sr. Inspector of Police, Santacruz Police station, Mumbai, for the
alleged offence mentioned above. Copy of Chargesheet furnished to the
accused in the Jail.
The main offence punishable U/sec 302, 201, 397 of IPC
alleged against the accused exclusively triable by the Hon'ble Court of
Sessions. Hence, this case is committed to the court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai, U/sec. 209 of Cr. P. C. to stand trial for the offence U/Sec.
302, 201, 397, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.
The accused is in Judicial Custody. The Jail Superintendent is
directed to produce the accused before Hon'ble Court of Sessions on
31/08/2023 without fail. Accused be remanded to judicial custody during,
and until the conclusion of, the trial.
The Record and Proceeding be sent to the Court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai forthwith. The Santacruz Police Station, is hereby directed to
produce the Muddemal Property, if any, before the court of Sessions,
Gr. Mumbai as and when directed.
The Public Prosecutor, of Sessions, Gr. Mumbai, be intimated
accordingly.
